Today is our 30th Anniversary. October 23, 1993 was a gorgeous fall day and a perfect day in every sense of the word. Just looking at our photos from that day and I can't stop smiling....can't see them really well between the tears and the laughing ๐. I will continue to post and thank all you who were/are part of our lives for these 30 years.
In Kel's last couple hours, she looked at us and said "I love you....I love you Kyle....I love you Jacob...I love you Corrine." And then there was a long pause....and with a high inflection in her voice then said "AND HOPE".
Hope is our wonderful dog. So, now instead of just Hope....she will be And Hope!
I remember that day so well - such a beautiful fall day! Kelly was so beautiful and we all had so much fun that day. I remember it being such a fun group of people - you and Kel chose well in not only each other but in your friends - I am so happy I was one of those and have so many great memories with both of you!
While I never met Kelly, your parents shared stories about her strong and courageous spirit through her illness. My prayers are with you and your family at this time, and I wish you comfort in your loss.
Andy, you made a WONDERFUL choice 30 years ago and I only wish you two could have had another 30 years together.
